Went here after military graduation. The staff was friendly and the manager came out to greet us and make sure everything was good. The food was great, biscuits were huge. And overall had a great time.

The food was more than what I expected, the portions are great and the quality outstanding, customer service was great, management introduced them self's I forget his name though, he asked how was the food, I expressed my genuine opinion, I told him I was impressed I loved the design of the establishment as well as seating, nicely created. I definitely will be coming back to enjoy some other dishes!!!

My first time and the food and service was very good. I would suggest a waitlist but I only had to wait 15-20 minutes to place my order and to get a table.

I've never been down here and for this to be my first impression of SC, yeah I'm definitely coming back, the staff was so friendly and genuine, the atmosphere was super family friendly and the food was worth the drive !!

While in Columbia on a Thursday morning, we stopped in for brunch. Vicious Biscuit is in a great little spot on Forest Drive. When we walked in, it was busy but there were still seats available inside as well as outside on the cute little patio. We usually eat at Vicious Biscuit in Summerville so we were excited to try another location. We did not wait too long in line to order. We decided on the fried green 'maters to share and I wanted an extra biscuit. My husband ordered his favorite biscuit, the Viscous. We waited a bit for the food but it gave us time to peruse the butters and jellies available on the bar. I settled on the apple pie jelly and the sweet potato butter. When the food came, it was hot and definitely looked delicious. The fried green tomatoes were perfectly crispy and the creamy pimento cheese and tasty bacon jam were an amazing combination. My husband enjoyed the tangy pickled okra as well. The Vicious biscuit was the highlight of the meal with its spicy gravy and crisp fried chicken. The flaky biscuits are always fabulous alone but are next level with the flavored butter and sweet jelly options. When in Columbia, we will definitely make the trip to visit again!

If you haven't been to Vicious Biscuit Forest Acres, don't walk... run! We ordered the sweet puppies, bird and Belgian (chicken and waffle), the Hen Solo (chicken biscuit), and caramel iced coffee. Everything was DELICIOUS. The chicken was perfectly seasoned. The biscuits were huge and dense but fluffy. The coffee was great. They have a flavored butter bar with different jams as well. Everything we tried exceeded expectations. The staff was also super friendly. Go ahead and go now.

Man I love this place perfectly cooked breakfast every time. Staff is hard working folk who take care of customers needs.

I was supposed to go to another brunch spot on Forest Drive but realized they closed at my meeting time of 1:30. I looked for brunch spots near me and Vicious Biscuit came up. The reviews were good and the menu had items I definitely wanted to try. This is an order and sit-down spot, so no reservations are needed, but this place stays busy so plan accordingly. The cashier was on point with recommendations and let it be known that eggs on a menu item can be made any way you like. The food was delivered in a timely manner and was delicious! I found this spot on a whim, but will definitely be back.

Today was my first time at a Vicious Biscuit, and a great experience! On a Saturday (late) morning, there was a line out the door. Luckily, it moved relatively quickly and gave us time to look at the menu. I ordered The Fat Boy and the friendly man at the counter recommended I get a Fried Green Tomato with it, so I did. We snagged a table right away to wait for our food. The interior had awesome branding with signage reading "Body by Biscuit" and "Son of a Biscuit". They also had boards with funny quotes from customer reviews. The ambiance was very casual. They also had a self-serve "Jam Bar", with all different kinds of jams and butters, such as sweet potato butter, apple pie, peach habanero, maple bourbon butter, etc. The food took a while to come out, but they were super busy. The Fat Boy was a very generous portion size, and absolutely delicious. The buttermilk biscuit was not dry at all, the fried chicken was juicy, and the pimento cheese and hot honey drizzle went great together. I also really liked the Fried Green Tomato. My friend got the Skully Squad Special and a Jalapeño Biscuit on the side, and said both of these were great. Both the blueberry ghost and blackberry jam I tried from the Jam Bar were very tasty, and I took some sweet potato butter to-go. Overall, we left happy and very full - would return!

Visited a NC location years ago and loved it!!! This location was good. My food was good but chicken was just a tad bit over done and could've used a little more hot honey sauce. Will ask for some on side next time. Service was fast and friendly!! Biscuit was buttery, thick and moist. Pimento cheese = perfect. Only downside was EVERY free table needed to be wiped down!!!!!!!!!!!
